Morrisons The Co-OpMERCHANDISING

Objectives

  • To assemble & site a charity dump-bin in Morrisons & Co-op stores.

The client has previously managed to achieve compliance levels of only 25% when trying to site similar Point of Sale in store.

Mechanics

The Merchandisers were briefed to:

  • Call the store prior to visit.
  • Visit the store on the agreed date, assemble and site the dump-bin.
  • Site the shelf stripping in the pet aisle.
  • Take photo of assembled bin.

Stores where the dump-bin was refused were contacted and the situation rectified.

Results – 99% Compliance

Dump-bins were successfully sited in 100% of Morrisons stores and 99% of Co-op stores.
