Objectives

  • To site a cut out standee, posters, table talkers, leaflets and wobblers in highly visible locations within each outlet.

Mechanics

The Merchandisers were briefed to:

  • Call the outlet prior to the visit to make an appointment and explain their objectives.
  • Visit the outlet on the agreed date; site the POS in agreed location with Manager.

Results – 83% Compliance

100 % of outlets were merchandised, with only a small number of outlets reluctant to accept one or two items of POS due to lack of space. This was communicated with the client and agreed for this to be left with the manager to put up at a later date when space could be allocated.
