Objective

  • Increase distribution of 4 coffee drink variants into independent CTN, Convenience and Forecourts nationally.
  • To sample independent retailers with the product.

Mechanics

  • A skilled team of 35 sales people were appointed to sell in from their cars
  • 8500 outlets were to be visited over a four week period

Results – 63% Strike Rate achieved

Team achieved 100% coverage and sold in 22,000 cases of product.
Distribution across the 4 variants ranged from +28% to +43% against a target of 15% increase
